A Magical Evening for Charity

Saturday, June 3rd was the perfect evening for The Heart of the Horse Gala at The Colorado Horse Park. The Gala was the first of its kind to be held at The Colorado Horse Park, with the hopes of many more to come. More than 150 equine enthusiasts dined under the stars while watching equtyestrian related demonstrations and dressage performances. The event ran in conjunction with the freestyle competition for both national and international levels of dressage during the Dressage at High Prairie CDI 3* & National Show presented by Adequan®.

The Heart of the Horse Gala held both a silent auction and live auction to benefit The Denver Dumb Friends League & Harmony Equine Center, as well as the Zoology Foundation at Crooked Willow Farms. Bringing in over $12,000 for these wonderful organizations the evening proved to be a success. The live auction and silent auction took place throughout the evening, offering packages that included a stay at the Marble Inn, in Carbondale, CO, paired with a Maserati car rental for the weekend, as well as a four-night getaway provided by Exclusive Resorts and accompanied by transportation provided by Jay’s Valet town car services.
